Undergraduate Advising
If you need forms to be signed by the department you may drop them in the Department office where you can retrieve them once they are signed. However, some forms (e.g. financial aid deficiencies, reinstatement, graduation petitions not already signed by an adviser, course waiver forms not already approved by a coordinator) require a consultation and in such case you will need to come and visit me during my office hours.
